Advent Business Sales are pleased to offer to the market this extremely well established steam equipment maintenance engineering business, which has been trading successfully for the past 25 years.

The current vendor has been in constant ownership since its inception and is reluctantly selling due to retirement plans, but offers the opportunity of negotiating a hand over period of no more than 6 months.

The company are general engineers specialising in over hauling steam equipment including repair of boilers and prep for annual inspections. They can fit new parts or refurbish existing parts including pumps and valves, they can also manufacture one off parts where these items have been long redundant and therefore not available. They can also provide new complete systems if needed.

They do regular servicing for at least 24 large companies and hospital groups who have a multiple of steam units to be attended to and do not restrict their activities to just the Midlands.

For boiler work they have fitted out a good sized trailer that is easily towed to site and contains such items as boiler cleaning equipment and test pump to re pressure boilers for safety checks.

The company comes equipped with 3 vans to facilitate onsite working.

The bulk of the building contains heavy to medium drilling and lathe machinery, as well as associated equipment for refurbishment and one of manufactured parts. With a well equipped front office suite, the business is well equipped for purpose and well laid out.
