The business provides domiciliary care in the community in the Derbyshire area with most work being provided for and recommended by the local Adult social services department of the county council.

All staff have to be CRB checked and are given free ‘skills for care’ training before they are allowed to visit clients in their homes.

They will also shadow existing staff to ensure they are fully conversant with all the requirements of the job.

Staff are paid a mileage allowance when travelling from one client to another and this cost is reimbursed by social services.
